Hyperliquid Policy Center is an independent research and advocacy organization dedicated to advancing a clear, regulated path for Americans to access decentralized markets.

HPC’s team has deep expertise in decentralized markets, perpetual derivatives, and onchain financial infrastructure, as well as experience navigating the legislative and regulatory processes of Washington, D.C. HPC conducts in-depth technical research on market infrastructure, perpetuals, and other innovative financial technology.

HPC publishes policy and legal analysis, submits formal comments on proposed rules, provides technical assistance on draft legislation, and serves as a resource for policymakers who want to understand how perpetual derivatives work.

Hyperliquid is a public, permissionless blockchain and decentralized exchange designed to upgrade the legacy financial system.

Developed by a team of American builders, Hyperliquid is a blockchain network purpose-built for decentralized trading.
